A Cappella EP
Daisy ChapmanLockdown provided me with 2 days per week in an empty house, where I didn't have to homeschool and there were no distractions. Without an effective way to record my upright piano from home, I left it to my voice. After experimenting at Christmas with my version of 'Have Yourself A Very Merry Christmas' I decided to broaden the portfolio of choral music and create a mini album, using just my vocals. These songs are not polished in any way, nor are they mastered to a high quality - they just represent the few hours of freedom I got from our caged life during a pandemic. I chose songs that were challenging and fun. Ultimately, this is an album to take with a large pinch of salt and and even larger glass of red wine.
